Precautions to follow for the Experience

Precautions Notices
- Those who do not comply with the standards of the ride (infants) are not allowed to enter the Experience hall (Guardians are not allowed to accompany)
- Be aware that it is prohibited to enter the Experience hall if you are wearing a one-piece dress, short pants or short skirts and high-heeled shoes (high-heels).
- For your safety, follow the instructions of the operating personnel during the experience program. - Beneficiaries of preferential fare (Document of proof is required)
- Children and adolescents (aged max. 19), patriots and veterans, military and police officers, the disabled, senior citizens (aged over 65), Basic Livelihood Security recipients - Information on booking a group visit
- To book a visit of a group of over 20 people, please contact 02)6940-3198-9.
- At the weekend and holiday, booking for a group is not available.

Photography without a flash is permitted in the museum, but photographs may only be used for private purposes. Tripods are not permitted in any part of the museum.

It is prohibited to bring or eat food in the museum.

Please respect other visitors by not running in the museum or avoiding any behavior that may give trouble to others.

You can bring your own wheelchair or stroller but renting is not allowed due to COVID-19.

It is strictly forbidden to touch the exhibited objects or damage it in any way.

Before entering the museum, make sure to put your mobile phone in vibration mode. Keep quiet in the museum.

Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the museum. It is allowed to smoke only in the designated smoking area outside the building.

No companion animals are allowed except guide dogs.
